鲜橙雪芳蛋糕
材料A;
8粒蛋黄
100g面粉
2大匙粟粉
80ml鲜橙汁
70g粟米油
材料B;
8粒蛋白
120g幼糖
1/2小匙打打粉
做法;
1。预热烤箱,准备1个24cm雪芳模。
2。材料A放入搅拌碗中拌匀。
3。材料B放入搅拌机里用球状拌打器,拌打至硬挺。
4。蛋白分成3次拌入材料A里。
5。将面糊倒入24cm的雪芳模型里,送入已预热烤箱以170度烤30-40分钟或至熟。
6。取出蛋糕,翻转放至冷却,脱模切块享用。
